Hi everyone,
I am Stephanie from Chengdu, Sichuan, China. It is fantastic to sse so many people share experience in gardening here for i am looking for evergreen shrubs with bright color foliage. i take tremendous interest in purple hop bush and are considering import them to Chengdu. The big concern is that whether it is a good place for the plants. Chengdu is with mild and humid climate, often cloudy, short frost period, and enough rain. The average temperature in our city is 16.2 ºC(60.8 ºF). In four seasons, the temperature can be from -5.9 ºC to 37.3 ºC (21.38 ºF to 99.14 ºF). The total rain fall is about 918.2 mm. The heaviest rainfall is in summer, 225mm per month. i believe the expert here can gave me good advice. Thanks a lot.
