Torrington community garden, gardening plots available
TORRINGTON Gardening plots are still available especially at the UCONN site. The annual fee for a plot is $20 (scholarships are available) plus 3 hours of your volunteer time for the upkeep of the common aspects of the gardens. Sites will be tilled and fertilized. All plots have access to running water.
