Gardening in small space still yields big harvest of tomatoes
Norma Schippers’ garden has been reduced in scale, but not in importance. During her two years as a resident at The Laurels of Hudsonville, Norma, 82, has continued to enjoy growing flowers and tomatoes in the courtyard planters, visible from her room.
