Steve Whysall, The Vancouver Sun?s gardening columnist for the past 25 years, has been named journalist of the year by the Canadian Garden Council. The award was presented in Toronto Tuesday by Peter Kent, MP for Thornhill, Ont., at the North American garden tourism conference.
