I live in a particularly moist area on the island. There is plenty of rain and sun. Mold and fungus seem to be enemy number one. The soil is real thick clay mud brown and acidic. I bought some lime but don't know how to use it safely with the pets nosing around.
I'm hoping to figure out what growing seasons are for zone 11, if any, what to grow. I bought an avocado tree that I hope to identify, the leaves resemble other.
I've been doing a bunch of googles and this looks like a great resource.
