"Gardening gangs" scared off (TVNZ)A crew of tree trimmers have been intimidating Whangarei residents, but it looks like they've now been scared off. The TV programme Fair Go says the gardening gangs had been operating in Christchurch, where they had received up to 100 complaints about poor service and bad behaviour.
