Alchemilla pectinata

Lady's Mantle

These are valued for their striking light green, downy, rounded leaves and airy clusters of small, star-like, yellow-green flowers. Easy to grow, these 4- to 6-inch perennials are best in partial shade with moist, well-drained soil. Excellent foliage plant in borders, rock gardens and woodland gardens. Excellent cut flowers. Self-sows, or start by seed or division.
