Arrhenatherum elatius 'Variegatum'

Variegated Tuber Oat Grass

Although grown as a meadow grass in northern United States regions, Oat Grass is extremely invasive and is naturalized throughout North America. The less invasive variegated type is most commonly grown. Flat-leafed grass grows 2 to 5 feet in clumps and forms onion-like bulbs that root readily.
