Canary Bird Bush reaches 12 feet and will grow as wide unless pruned 2 to 3 times a year. |

Flower spikes up to a foot long bear yellow to olive green blossoms as large as 1½ inches long. Blooms almost year-round in frost-free areas and recovers quickly from frost in other regions. Prune to control shape and legginess. All parts of plant are poisonous.
