| Native to the tropics, the Honey Bell thrives in mild, dry climates such as that of California, or as an easy container or hanging basket plant. Young leaves are often fuzzy. Honey-scented flowers are solitary or in clusters. Plant in full light and fertile, well-drained soil. Water freely when in growth, moderately otherwise. If plants become scraggly, prune in late winter or early spring to restore shape. |
