Gardening expert Brad Neeley comes to TehachapiBrad Neeley, internationally acclaimed gardening expert, will hold a meeting entitled “Gardening for Mind, Body & Spirit” in Tehachapi on Saturday, April 30. The meeting will take place at 11 a.m. at the Tehachapi Seventh-Day Adventist Church, located at 20335 Woodford-Tehachapi Road. Neeley will present gardening lectures at the church on the same day.
