When we bought the tree I hate to say it but I didn't notice that there was more than one treeling coming out of the ground. After the cat jumped on it and I snipped around, I started to notice that these leaves looked very different from our neighbors avocado tree and more like the mango one on his property. The other portion looked more like a citrus in out backyard. So I am confused as how to handle this. Should I be separating these two?What are they? Home Depot is fine with us returning but seems to have no interest in determining what they are. I looked at their present stock of avocado trees and they don't look like either of these treeletts, but I'm also guessing there are many varieties. Could you please explain why it wouldn't be good to just do nothing. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
