This large group of trees, shrubs and ground covers features plants with attractive flowers and foliage, colorful bark and dependable fall color. Dramatic in mass plantings because its showy, green and white variegated leaves last till fall. In winter, red stems stand out. Slower spreading than C. sericea, therefore better for the small home garden. Prune hard in late winter.
